Rules
Each
of our images has been created using products we have licensed
from one of our resources, therefore
all copyrights to the images belong to Tairo Designs and Old
Hippie Art. As a member, you are purchasing the rights to
use our images in ALL of your personal or commercial art
work. You may use the images to make web sets, signature
tags, print them, use them at Cafe Press and anywhere else you
like. You may sell anything you create with our images
No link back is required or necessary. It is not mandatory
that you link to us on the things you make using our images but we
would like it very much if you would take one of our banners and
use it on a resource page. Please link to the main site and
not to the membership page. The following rules are what is NOT allowed
with our images:
NO
image or group of images may be sent through any email or group to
your friends and or group members. We alone reserve the
right to say when, where and how our images are distributed.
NO
image or group of images may be offered in any online or offline
CD collection or within any other membership group. You may
not sell our images on Ebay. Nor, may they be offered from
your web site as downloads.
NO
image or group of images may be used to make PSP tubes or brushes
of any kind.
NO
image may be used in any tutorial UNLESS you DO NOT
offer the image for download. In other words, write the
tutorial using our images but do not offer our image for download
with the tutorial. If you have any questions on this please
email us for clarification.
YOU
MAY NOT EVER give out your password to anyone at any
time. If you have to pay for a membership to our site, so
should your friends.
Art
and Enhanced Digital Photography Rules
Our
digital art work, hand painted backgrounds and enhanced digital
photography will use the same rules as the images with the
following exceptions:
All
art work used in making web sets as link ware or purchase ware MUST
be linked back to this site on the same page where the art work is
used, and not just on a resource page. You may use a text
link if you like. You do not have to place our copyright on
the actual art work but the link must be there.
Art
work used to make wall paper to sell or give away MUST have
our copyright notice on it. You may use small text and the
words "Fairy Path" if you like or "Enchanted
Images."
Art
work used to make signature tags or banners to give away or sell
just requires the copyright symbol and the initials "FP"
or "EI."
You
may crop, resize, animate, feather, mist, whatever to the art work
but NONE of our art may be used in conjunction with other
copyrighted art work. In other words, you may use other
Poser images from other memberships wherein you subscribe or ours,
but no works scanned from cards, magazines, books, ripped from the
net etc... should ever be placed over our art work. Your own
photos and images are fine but not ones that belong to any other
artist or photographer. If you need clarification on this,
please email and ask. If you are not sure about an image,
ask us.
We
have tried to make our rules as reasonable and simple as
possible. We want our members to have fun and enjoy using
our images in all artistic endeavors. Please remember that
all of our images and art work is registered with the US Copyright
Office and the Canadian Copyright Office and by purchasing a
membership, you are purchasing a license to use the images and art
work royalty free. Any violation
of the terms of use will result in immediate termination of your
membership and no refunds will be given. As well, we do not
give refunds on memberships for any reason. If you have any
questions concerning our site, our resources or our terms, please
email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
